Assurity took on the challenge of quickly digitizing their whole company and needed to add knowledgeable resources to work on parallel projects.

Klein Consulting Group was brought in to perform a review of their existing capture system and manual procedures. Assurity was poised to grow at the fastest pace in company history and was concerned their current capture installation would not be able to efficiently grow at the same pace. KCG worked side by side with Assurity supervisors to understand their processes and proposed recommendations on improvements. KCG presented the recommendations to a review panel that approved the re-engineering of the existing capture system. KCG created a reusable capture architecture to allow future capture systems to be developed quicker. KCG has been engaged to produce multiple capture applications and continues to work with Assurity management to automate their manual procedures.

While working on parallel development efforts, Assurity engaged KCG Stellent IBPM expertise to develop a custom Workflow Form and create a series of standardized Workflow components. By quickly adding resources, KCG was able to help Assurity meet their aggressive delivery dates.
