System Upgrades

KCG has pioneered a method of upgrading any version of Optika Acorde, Stellent Imaging and Business Process Management (IBPM) and Oracle Imaging and Process Management (IPM) that requires no downtime for end-users. This includes the ability to go from the CIndex based systems to SQL based system, including conversions from SQL Server to Oracle Database as needed.
